I think we're done with home improvements. Now that Lowe's considers us a commercial customer, I believe we've done enough. On a related note, and outside of the commercial customer letter I got from Lowe's today, I'm feeling pretty durn good.
I asked if we could move the treatments up and/or get more aggressive. Apparently Dr. D thinks that is "unsafe". Me? I think cancer is unsafe. Not sure who should win the argument as both could kill me. Conundrum.

You do amaze me, keep that attitude regardless of the cancer.

So glad to hear that you're feeling better - Praise God! You've got a great attitude and as you can see from all of the posts you are an inspiration to many. You are continually in our prayers.

"Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!". Being a quasi student of the civil war - I am very familar with the quote. Did you know the torpedoes were floating mines, not self propelled missiles? Glad to hear you are feeling better, less old than 90 years. Think the doctor's advise about rate of treatment needs to be heeded. Men are always trying to be aggressive and "playing through" stuff. Not this time. Love the attitude - it is a HUGE part of full recovery. Will send a separate email this morning. Geoff. But now you are in daily prayers of a lot of folks, including those in Brazil. Do you get a discount at Lowes now that you're a commerical customer? If so, hook us up!
Keep up the fight but take this time to enjoy the little things and regain your strength in preparation for the next round as the battles may knock you down a bit but you will win this war!
hugs,
